HelloSindh Platform Terms of Service, User Agreement, and Open-Source Acknowledgments

1. Terms of Use & User Conduct

By accessing or using HelloSindh (hellosindh.com) and its games, apps, and digital language tools, you agree to comply with the following terms:

Fair Play: Players must engage in fair play. Automated botting, cheating, or manipulating global leaderboard scores is strictly prohibited.
User Accounts: You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. You may not share your account or impersonate other users on public game leaderboards.
Educational Purpose: HelloSindh tools and games are built for educational, linguistic, and cultural promotion of the Sindhi language and culture.
Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime, but HelloSindh is provided "as is" without warranty. We reserve the right to perform routine server maintenance and updates.

Wordle Concept

Original Wordle game concept designed by Josh Wardle. Inspired the mechanics for Mundhal (5-letter) and Sindhal (4-letter).

Connections Concept

Word group puzzle mechanics inspired by NYT Connections. Formed the foundation for Sindhi Connect (سنڌي ڪنيڪٽ).

Globle & Worldle

Geographic map mechanics inspired by teuteuf (Worldle) and Abraham Train (Globle). Powers Sindhi Globe & Dharti map distance calculations.

Open-Source Ecosystem

Built with Next.js, React, TailwindCSS, Framer Motion, Lucide Icons, dnd-kit, Lexical, and Three.js / react-globe.gl.

3. Intellectual Property & Sindhi Cultural Promotion

All original Sindhi dictionaries, regional geographical mappings, custom web components, graphics, and logo assets created by HelloSindh remain the property of HelloSindh. Our mission is to promote digital preservation of the Sindhi language.
